Judith E. Markham

Judith E. Markham has been Managing Editor at Discovery House Publishers since 2001 and she has over four decades of book publishing experience. She began her career in book publishing at Zondervan, where she acquired and edited fiction and non-fiction and had her own imprint, Judith Markham Books. She has served as editor for many well-known Christian authors and has edited many award-winning books. She has co-authored several books, including Echoes of His Presence with Ray VanderLaan. With her two partners she founded Blue Water Ink, one of the first book packaging companies specializing in religious books. Judith is a founding member of the Academy of Christian Editors and for many years was a faculty member of the Writers’ Publishing Workshop at the Ockenga Institute at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Judith will be on the panel of publishers, editors, and authors during the question and answer session for the Writers’ Track and she will be available for individual appointments with participants who would like to meet with her.
