Thank you, Faith, for your permission to get away to get it done! The distractions of home and the “everyday” do get in the way. I am filing this in my mental filing cabinet. I know the Holy Spirit will pull it out when I need a creativity retreat!

  3. What helpful tips, Faith! When I get writers’ block, I go on a long walk or jump on my bicycle. Fresh air clears my head and I pray, “Lord, I’m stuck. I’m asking you to pour your creativity into my mind and heart so the words I write will help readers to draw closer to you.” Being outside for a while always helps me to have a fresh perspective when I sit down at my desk and begin writing again.
