For a standard room with a king bed or two queens, the price is $145 per night + tax.

There are limited rooms, so you must reserve one quickly if you want to stay on-site. The Prince Center will start accepting reservations in January 7, 2025, at 9:00 AM Eastern. Follow the steps listed below.

If it is booked, you can ask to get on the wait-list because rooms often open up right before the conference. The wait-list will be cut off at ten people.

Every Room Includes:

  • Complimentary continental breakfast – Monday through Friday between 6:30 AM – 10:00 AM and Saturday and Sunday between 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM.
  • Coffee available 24 hours a day at the front desk

  • Shuttle service is not available. You can view the ground transportation options around the Grand Rapids area at www.grr.org. They offer taxi services, public transportation, ride-sharing, and car rentals.

How To Reserve Your Room:

The Prince Center permits four adults per double queen room. Friends attending together (2-4 people) should please book one room.

A credit card is required to complete the reservation process and the card entered in the reservation will be the card that the rooming charges will be charged. We can’t split the room charges or accept multiple cards for payment.

There are two ways to make reservations:

  1. Book your room online by going to princecc.com.
    • Click the RESERVE A ROOM box.
    • Click on the gear that says rate option.
    • Enter code 25SPUP   This will take you to the dates, room rate and room types available. 
    • Fill out the necessary information.  
    •  IF YOU WILL BE SHARING A ROOM, PLEASE INCLUDE THE ROOMMATES NAME IN THE COMMENTS.
  2. Or, call the Prince Center at (616) 526-7201 and ask for the “Speak Up Conference” rate.
