Angela Mackey is no stranger to the beauty and brokenness of this amazing world. As an author, speaker, and podcaster, she helps people experience God through His Word so that ordinary days, hard seasons, and everything in between are transformed by Jesus. A Bible nerd at heart, Angela earned a master’s degree in biblical and theological studies and loves nothing more than digging into what Scripture actually means so we can worship God with our everyday lives. She hosts the interview-based Life as Worship podcast, preparing guests and serving listeners, and she has also appeared as a guest on other shows. A helper at heart, Angela finds joy in connecting people with ministry partners, assisting speakers to clarify their message, and guiding leaders as they build mission, vision, and teams for their ministries. Over her more than 20-year speaking ministry, she has spoken at retreats, writing conferences, online events, mom groups, VBS, and more. She has served as faculty for in-person, online, and international writing conferences, is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, and has her black belt in Kuk Sool Won martial arts.
Angela lives in Northwest Arkansas with her husband. They have three adult kids and three dogs. You will often find Angela reading a book, cheering on one of her favorite sports teams, or laughing at the crazy twists and turns God brings to her life.
