Cindy Bultema is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in church and nonprofit ministry contexts. As a dynamic speaker, author, leadership consultant, and Bible teacher, Cindy inspires and equips thousands of women each year to live out their faith with boldness.
She most recently held the role of Executive Director for GEMS Global, a leading ministry dedicated to the spiritual growth of girls. In addition, Cindy has been an adjunct professor at Cornerstone University, Grief Share expert, and communications coach, bringing her passion for the gospel to a wide audience.
Cindy is also the author of two impactful Bible studies, Red Hot Faith and Live Full, Walk Free, and she’s written curriculum for both adults and children. With her personal story of overcoming addiction and tragic loss, Cindy brings a message of hope and transformation to every platform. She has been a cherished part of the Speak Up faculty since 2011.
Cindy lives in Michigan with her husband, four adult children, and two lively dogs. She loves the Lord, loves life, and celebrates every opportunity to connect with others.
