Jerry Howard, an executive mentor, author, and speaker, carries a rich and diverse professional journey. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Jerry is the founder and guiding force behind iNTREPiD iMPACT Team, a comprehensive leadership coaching and business consulting agency. His expertise lies in Executive Team Performance Coaching, empowering leaders with tools to create high-performing, emotionally intelligent teams. He works with business owners, executives and senior pastors.
Jerry’s professional accomplishments are grounded in deep-seated faith. As he navigated some of life’s darkest valleys due to poor decisions, he found solace in the continual revelation of God, who carried him through crises both in business and life. This journey has crystallized his Missio Dei: to share the Gospel of Jesus and utilize his challenges to help others recognize their innate potential and their value to the Divine.
Prior to consulting, Jerry has bought and merged multiple small businesses and as an executive, was a Board-Certified Healthcare Executive operating multiple post-acute hospitals across the state of VA. Jerry has been married for over 22 years, has four beautiful children and lives in VA. He enjoys active sports such as snowboarding, mountain biking and boxing. To recharge, he finds no greater joy than spending time with family and becoming a better disciple of Jesus.
