This workshop will show you the behind-the-scenes nuts and bolts of podcasting. You will see that it does not take a technician to podcast! Stephanie and technology have had a decades-long love-hate relationship, and yet she manages her own global podcast daily. If she can, so can you!
In this highly hands-on session, you will:
- register on a hosting platform for free;
- populate your account with the marketing elements that will make your podcast stand out;
- learn how to create attractive cover art;
- learn how to distribute your podcast to all the major players (Apple Podcast, Spotify, Google play, Amazon Music, Deezer, TuneIn, etc)
- create your podcast’s very own website with its unique URL;
- link to your social media handles for easy marketing across your platforms;
- brainstorm monetizing options;
- learn to understand the statistics of your show to track progress
