What are SpeakUp Growth Groups?

SpeakUp Growth Groups consist of two opportunity levels plus focus groups to obtain ministry clarity, community, and accountability.

SpeakUp Growth Groups were born from the widely-acclaimed SpeakUp Conference, the premier conference for speakers and writers to advance their personal or professional ministry.

Mastermind Groups

PLUS SPECIALTY FOCUS GROUPS

  • Mastermind Growth Groups meet monthly on the same day and time each month in a virtual peer-to-peer mastermind group meeting, with an emphasis on writing, speaking, and leading. Within the LeanIn Growth Groups, a specialty group of PODCASTING will be offered to focus on this ministry category.
  • Advanced Mastermind Growth Groups also meet monthly on the same day and time each month but in a virtual intensive mastermind group meeting, with an emphasis on writing, speaking, and leading. Within the Advanced Mastermind Growth Groups, specialty groups of PODCASTING or WRITING meet to focus on these business/ministry categories.

If you are a speaker, writer, or ministry leader who feels isolated in your ministry OR who could use clarity for your next steps OR who needs accountability to set and meet your goals, then Speak Up Growth Groups are for you!

Our placement process weighs all the participants’ and leaders’ availability and seeks the best possible day/time/level opportunities for everyone collectively. Our schedules have opportunities available M-Th, but it will depend on the number of participants.

We are so confident that our process will place you in a group that works for your schedule that we encourage you to sign up no matter how tricky your schedule is. You will be refunded if the placement doesn’t work for your schedule.

The Fall 2023 Season lasts 4 months, meeting once a month from September through December. If you enjoy your group and would like to continue for the next season of January 2024-March 2024, we welcome you to do so!

While we encourage every member to commit to the 3 or 4-month season (4-month fall season, 3-month winter and spring seasons), if you should need to cancel due to illness or injury, we understand.

We know how important it is to enjoy the group you’re in. If for any reason, you love the group opportunity, but would like to find a stronger fit for your current ministry stage, we are happy to try another group placement.
